How to Order
Once you have decided on a product or products you wish to purchase, click on the ‘Contact’ link under the item and send us an email.
Please include the following information: -

Product/s required
When we receive your email we will respond within 24 hours with a firm price for the item/s, the cost of shipping to your location, (if not included in the purchase price), an estimated delivery time, our bank account details, and an order reference number.
If you wish to proceed you should confirm by sending an email stating that you wish to place an order, and then pay the amount quoted by one of the following methods: -

Pay directly into our bank account, via internet banking or through your local branch

Or you can pay by personal cheque
Once the funds have cleared into our account, usually the next day if using direct bank transfer or within 5 business days after receipt of a personal cheque, We will send you an email to let you know that the item/s will be dispatched in the next postal run.
Most items will take no more than 2-3 business day to arrive anywhere in New Zealand, (3-5 business days for rural addresses), from the time of dispatch.
Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product/s you have received from Landboarding NZ Ltd, and as long as the items have NOT BEEN USED, you may send the item back for a full refund.
If the item is defective in anyway, you may also send the item back for a full refund.
